PLC Repair Technician

Job Description

Area manufacturing firm has an opening for a person with an electrical and mechanical

background with an emphasis in electrical.

Essential functions of the position will include but are not limited to the following:

Troubleshoot and machine repair on Rubber process equipment, ovens, pumps, which require strong knowledge of 480V, 3 phase circuits.

PLC s (Allen Bradley, MicroLogix, ControlLogix, PLC-5, VFD s, Low voltage controls, calibrating instrumentation equipment, documentation, will run computer backup on machine run programs.)

OEM support calls


High School Graduate or Demonstrated Equivalent

6 years experience as an electrician with specialization in low voltage controls

Must be able to work from heights, lift regularly up to 40 lbs., work with minimum supervision, be drug free and have good attendance and a good work history.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
