Registered Nurse, (RN) Emergency Department (PRN) - Kewanee
The Registered Nurse implements the nursing process.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
Registered Nurse, State of Illinois, maintains current certification of Basic Life Support and attain ACLS within 6 months of hire, and TNCC within one year of hire.
Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for infant through aging adult patients who have health needs.
Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
In accordance with the Illinois Nursing Practice Act, the RN will supervise and delegate all LPN duties and responsibilities.
