The Position:
The Trailer Reviewer is responsible for setting plant branch master BOM items in JDE ERP system QUALIFICATION Requirements:
Education:
Associates degree or higher in related discipline (e.
g.
, information systems, logistics, or supply chain).
Experience:
1-3
years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and training Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel.
Basic Excel knowledge including basic functions such as Find, Concatenate, and VLOOKUP.
Also importing, exporting, filtering and sorting data.
Overall Plant, trailer build and supply chain knowledge desired High level of organization and detail orientation.
Work needs to be processed in a very systematic way.
Good communication with plant team Knowledge of Key MRP concepts including lead times, back flushing, and stocking types Knowledge of Key BOM concepts such as phantoms, effectivity, and flat versus indented structure Knowledge of Key Shop Floor concepts including work orders, routings, work centers, and MPS Solid ability in identifying and resolving problems in a timely, effective manner.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
A favorable background screening, Drug Screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States is required for employment.

While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close and distance vision.
Work environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal to moderate.
Responsibilities:
Reviews Bill of Materials (BOM) and trailer product structure for correct item set up in JDE ERP system.
Corrects and completes missing information in JDE product structure and item master and branch plant.
Interprets information that was provided by Engineering and reviews for correctness, adjusts parameters and product codes to assure correct functioning of ERP system.
Interacts with plant personnel in verifying and determining correct item set up.
